Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear makes it back to our HQ safely.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, shell-shocked condition.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new mission-ready gear.
